Good news everyone! In the most interesting piece of MMO news I've heard in quite some time, Gamespot announced that the sci-fi series Stargate is set to provide the basis for an upcoming MMORPG. One wonders if the company developing it can actually handle the job.

The new FFXI expansion proves yet again that Square-Enix listens to their fans. First the long-requested Blue Mage job was added, now there are going to be pirates!

Matrix Online is one of the most troubled MMORPGs on the market today. The launch of the game was just horrible, and the player population is dangerously low. Still, since Sony Online Entertainment took over the reins, I have to admit that things are getting better.

LegalAffairs.org had an article recently about taxing income that's generated from selling in-game goods for real money. One wonders how the IRS would attempt to regulate this.
